Naturopathic Medicine

Dr. Pamela Thornton, B.Sc., ND.
Naturopathic Doctor

Pamela earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph in human biology. She then graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine's four-year Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine program in 1998. Pamela has served on the boards of both the Ontario and Canadian Associations of Naturopathic Doctors.

She completed her Therapeutic Prescribing exam in 2016 to add the controlled act of prescribing to her clinical tool box.  She followed this by becoming a Graduate of the University of Florida College of Pharmacy Essential Elements of Prescription Hormone Compounding.  The addition of bio-identical hormones has vastly expanded Pamela’s ability to untangle the complex endocrine web that so many women find themselves entangle in.

Pamela is an integrative practitioner and passionate leader in the field of women’s hormonal health issues and fertility.  She does many public lectures on topics of integrative medicine and alternative approaches to health. With over 21-years of clinical experience, Pamela believes that what it takes to be well is not merely the absence of disease but rather a balance of physical, emotional and spiritual health.  As a result, she has also continued her wellness journey becoming a HeartMath certified practitioner and a Hoffman Process International graduate.

As a mother of three children, Pamela is keenly interested in the health and wellness of women and children and our planet and in building community resources to make education and collaboration available to everyone who seeks it.

Pamela is known for her keen listening skills and her ability to see the whole picture when creating a wellness plan.  Born and raised in Woodstock, she is delighted to be joining Tiffany and Ashley in bringing the WOMB to our community.

Dr. Geneviève Puckerin, (Hons) BSc, ND. Naturopathic Doctor

Dr. Geneviève Puckerin brings her love, vibrant energy and expertise in Naturopathic medicine to The WOMB. She completed her undergraduate Honours degree in Health Sciences at Western University, and graduated from The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in 2019. She is a registered Naturopathic Doctor with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario and is also a certified and practicing Birth Doula.

During Dr. Genevieve’s fourth year internship at CCNM she developed a special interest in women’s and pediatric health. She has experience treating a variety of conditions including infertility, PCOS, menopause, metabolic syndrome, stress, anxiety, IBS, ADHD, autism, and much more.

Dr. Genevieve is also very passionate about multi-cultural health and the differences that exist among women and children of various cultures and ethnicities. She has seen first-hand after several trips to Haiti, and working with an indigenous population at her Caledonia clinic, that blanket-approaches to health care is erroneous.

Dr. Geneviève is here to help guide and support you and your family become the best healthy version of yourselves. Through in-depth discussions to get to the root cause, and individualized treatment plans, she strives to help you meet your goals one step at a time.

In her spare time, she can be found spending time with her family and friends, exploring the trails with her fiance and fluffy bernadoodle Beau, or cozying up to devour a good book. She loves to travel and volunteer her time to organizations such as Naturopaths Without Borders and WE.

She looks forward to making a positive mark on your journey of happiness and well-being.

Dr. Renata Mola, BA, ND., Naturopathic Doctor

Dr. Renata's clinical focus began to shift in the direction of pediatrics after becoming a mother herself. She quickly realized how incredibly strong a child's life force is, and that often with minimal and gentle natural interventions children are able to reach optimal states of health. Dr. Renata is passionate about children's health and believes that providing a loving, nurturing and attuned environment is critical in achieving vibrant health through out childhood and beyond.

Her other passion is working with parents and helping them to trust their own instincts and intuition when it comes to their child's health and wellbeing.

The approach that she takes in her practice is an integrated mind-body-soul approach where she addresses not only the physical causes of illness, but the mental, emotional, and spiritual contributors as well. These latter aspects are just as important as the physical (if not more important in many cases). In addition to her degree in naturopathic medicine she is a trained homeopath, has extensive training in herbal medicine, and is also trained in Neuro Emotional Technique.

Outside of her clinical practice she is an avid cyclist, writer and fermenting enthusiast!
