This expertly crafted 12-week program was designed specifically for women navigating the perimenopausal transition - women who are ready to reconnect with their health, reclaim confidence in their bodies, and finally feel supported with clarity and expert care.
For so many, this stage of life comes with overwhelm: bouncing between healthcare providers who don’t have answers, and an internet full of conflicting advice and quick fixes. Dr. Pam has spent 27 years in women’s health, and she knows one truth more than anything: our physiology cannot be hacked.
True, lasting wellness doesn’t come from pills, needles, or shortcuts. Even hormone therapy — while helpful for some — is not a magic solution. Health is a complex, interconnected puzzle, and every piece matters.
Thriving Through Change addresses every key aspect of your evolving health:
Metabolic health + hormones
Personalized nutrition
Strength + fitness training
Sleep optimization
Sexual health + pelvic well-being
Nervous system + stress resilience
Community support with women walking the same path
Doing this work within a group of like-minded women is powerful. It builds connection, reduces isolation, and offers the kind of support that can completely change how you move through this transition.
What Women Are Already Noticing
In our first Thriving Through Change cohort, participants shared meaningful early shifts, including:
A deeper understanding of their bodies through personalized bloodwork, leading to clearer insight and more confident decision-making
Improvements in key nutrient levels (including vitamin D, B12, iron, and magnesium)
Better metabolic and cardiovascular health, such as improved blood sugar regulation, cholesterol markers, blood pressure, and heart rate variability
Better sleep, steadier energy, and a more balanced mood
Increased strength, muscle tone, and confidence in movement, with improved core support
Reduced puffiness and swelling
Fewer hot flashes and night sweats
A powerful sense of validation, relief, and reassurance from being supported by a compassionate medical professional and a community of women navigating similar changes
“It’s like AA for menopause. A wonderful support system where you are encouraged to share and reach out with any questions or issues. You become educated with a group of individuals who are going through similar struggles, who understand what you are experiencing are who are understanding of vast variety of changes and challenges you are facing.”
— TTC Participant
“My expectations were exceeded. I had been struggling with symptoms for so long and felt so unlike myself, I thought things had gone too far and that this was simply my new reality. I couldn’t be happier with my experience!”
— Meredith R.
“This course has allowed me to rethink my previous approaches and just relearn what used to once work for my body in other stages of my life. It’s amazing to feel validated.”

Why Dr. Pam Created Thriving Through Change
Dr. Pamela Thornton, B.Sc., ND. Naturopathic Doctor
After more than 27 years working in women’s health, Dr. Pam has witnessed a consistent and frustrating pattern: women entering perimenopause feeling confused, dismissed, and unsupported.
Many arrive having tried everything — bouncing between practitioners, following conflicting advice online, or being told their symptoms are “just part of aging.” Too often, care is fragmented, reactive, or focused on quick fixes rather than understanding the whole picture.
Pam created Thriving Through Change in response to this gap.
She saw a need for care that slows things down, looks deeper, and treats perimenopause not as a problem to fix, but as a meaningful transition that deserves education, context, and compassionate support. A space where women can truly understand what their bodies are asking for — through personalized assessment, thoughtful interpretation of bloodwork, and care that connects hormones, metabolism, nervous system health, movement, and daily life.
This program brings together everything Pam has learned over decades of clinical practice: evidence-informed medicine, deep listening, and respect for the individuality of each woman’s experience. It is designed to help women move out of confusion and self-doubt, and toward clarity, confidence, and trust in their bodies again.
Thriving Through Change exists because women deserve better support during this transition — not more noise, not more guessing, but care that is steady, informed, and human.
