Chiropractic Care

Dr. Michelle Breker, DC.,
Chiropractor

Dr. Michelle grew up on a grain farm near a small town in Saskatchewan. She attended the University of Saskatchewan in the College of Kinesiology and although she initially was planning to be an elementary school teacher, she decided to pursue chiropractic which allowed her to combine all of her passions: health, education, and children. She moved to Minneapolis, Minnesota to attend Northwestern Health Sciences University where she got her Doctorate of Chiropractic - summa cum laude (with the highest distinction).

Dr. Michelle is always striving to learn more and took extra classes, seminars, and courses to allow her to deliver high quality care to her patients. Her desire to serve mothers and children also led her to become certified as a childbirth educator, labour/postpartum doula, and breastfeeding counsellor. She uses gentle and specific chiropractic techniques to influence the nervous system and in turn, allow the body to heal and regenerate. It is her passion to work with entire families, especially pregnant/postpartum women and their children. This is why she is certified in Webster Technique (for pregnant women) and a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA).

Dr. Michelle previously had her own practice in Saskatchewan but moved to Oxford County to be with her fiance (who is also a chiropractor)! Outside of caring for others with chiropractic, Michelle enjoys reading, playing card/board games, spending time with friends/family, and all things active such as hiking and canoeing!

In her spare time Dr. Jasmin enjoys going on hikes, spending time with family, and playing with her young daughter. She became a mom in the Fall of 2023 and has become even more passionate about sharing chiropractic care with other parents and babies.
